Terms and Conditions for Sonia’s Designer Boutique.
Welcome to the Sonia’s Designer Boutque.com website terms and conditions for the supply of goods through a website-business to consumer. By accessing this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that you accept our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated and revised at any time. All items listed on our website are presented as accurately as possible and we have taken great care to ensure they are. Colour clarity depends upon your own personal monitor and we cannot guarantee that the colour of the item is absolutely accurate.
MAKING A PURCHASE AND CONTRACT
When an order is placed at Sonia’s Designer Boutique an order acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to you which is a confirmation only of your enquiry. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Our acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us.
PRICE
When you order goods the prices payable are as set out in our website. We reserve the right to price similar items at varying prices subject to their source. The items on Sonias Designer Boutique website have limited availability. The pricing,colours,descriptions and details can be changed at any time.
We charge separately for delivery, insurance and other relevant charges. Our delivery rates are set out in our website.
PAYMENT
We use PayPal to bill our users which is a secure, safe and easy way to pay. When making a payment the card issuer will be asked to perform the usual verification checks. If a card gets refused, we cannot be liable for non-delivery or delay. If we cannot supply an item we will return payment immediately.
PRODUCTS
The items on Sonias Designer Boutique website have limited availability. The pricing, colours, descriptions and details can be changed at any time. Great care is taken to ensure all details, descriptions and prices are correct when entered onto the website. As these products have been produced as samples there may be minor manufacturing or handling imperfections.
DELIVERY
We will deliver to the billing address connected to the method of payment, which is the cardholders registered address. If you require your goods to be delivered to a different address then please inform us by email at the time of purchase. Dispatch will be made within 2-4 working days after your order is paid for and in any event within 14 days of your order. UK orders will be shipped by Royal Mail. International orders to the rest of the world are shipped by Royal Mail Airmail International (delivery 8-15 working days approximately).
Non EU, International deliveries may be subject to duty and custom charges for which you are responsible. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been despatched to you. An insurance cost will be added to international deliveries. We cannot delivery on public holidays and no orders will be dispatched on Christmas Day or New Years Day. All deliveries must be signed for and will be delivered during normal working hours.

RETURNS
We hope that all our customers are delighted with their orders. However, if a customer is not then the order may be returned within 7 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund or exchange (subject to the goods being available). We will only except items returned that are unworn and in the same condition as when it was dispatched. The buyer will be responsible for paying postage costs.
RETURN POLICY
Before you return an item you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorization reference number by emailing us at info@soniasdesignerboutique.co.uk. Please return your original receipt in the returned parcel. You must write your Return Authorization number on the receipt. Returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number and receipt will not be accepted. We will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order.
Please send all returns to Sonias Designer Boutique, Glamis Road, Newquay, Cornwall TR7 2RY. We will accept returns of any new, unwashed, unworn and unused product with all the original packaging and garment tags retained and still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser and no refund given.
A refund will be by re-crediting the original purchasers credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal cost that was originally paid.
We advise that you return items by registered post and to keep the proof of postage certificate, as we regret we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that postal costs for goods returned will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of incorrectly supplied goods.
CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT
You may cancel your contract with us at any time up to the end of the 7th working day from the date of delivery of the ordered goods. You must return the goods within 7 days of the date of delivery. To cancel your contract you need to notify us and obtain a cancelation reference number by emailing us at info@soniasdesignerboutique.co.uk.
CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if, we do not have sufficient stock to deliver the item or items you have ordered. We do not deliver in the area or the items listed are incorrectly priced. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and re-credit the original payment card.
LIABIABILITY
If Sonias Designer Boutique does not deliver or if the products we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged other than indicated in the description. Also if the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, our only obligation will be, at our option to:
Make good any shortage or non-delivery. To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective (other than indicated in the description). Refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
We shall have no liability to you for any consequential, special or indirect losses including without limit loss of revenue, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings damaged to or expense loss of goodwill, reputation or data however arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the items in question.
You must comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. You may be prohibited of the importation or exportation of our goods by national laws. We accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Nothing in this contract shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury due to our negligence or any liability which is due to our fraud or any other liability which Sonias Designer Boutique are not permitted to exclude or limit as a matter of law. Nothing in this contract shall exclude or limit your statutory rights.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We shall have no liability to you for any delay, failure, damaged or defects to goods delivered that are caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes industrial dispute, strikes, fire, flood and this is without limitation.

When you order from us we keep a record of your name, postal address, e-mail address and order history. We gather this information to allow us to process your registration, process any orders you may make and deal with your payment. We keep a record of your purchases with us so we can send you the most relevant offers and any other products we think may be of interest to you.
We also use aggregate information and statistics for the purpose of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website. The information is also used by Sonias Designer Boutique to maintain quality of the service.

Please note that all bust, waist and hip sizes are in inches and are approximate. All items may vary in size by up to an inch. Please check the measurements on the items match your size.
