RETURNS
We hope that all our customers are delighted with their orders. However, if a customer is not then the order may be returned within 7 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund or exchange (subject to the goods being available). We will only except items returned that are unworn and in the same condition as when it was dispatched. The buyer will be responsible for paying postage costs.

RETURN POLICY
Before you return an item you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorization reference number by emailing us at info@soniasdesignerboutique.co.uk. Please return your original receipt in the returned parcel. You must write your Return Authorization number on the receipt. Returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number and receipt will not be accepted. We will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order.
Please send all returns to Sonias Designer Boutique,  Glamis Road, Newquay, Cornwall TR7 2RY. We will accept returns of any new, unwashed, unworn and unused product with all the original packaging and garment tags retained and still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser and no refund given.
A refund will be by re-crediting the original purchasers credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal cost that was originally paid.
We advise that you return items by registered post and to keep the proof of postage certificate, as we regret we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that postal costs for goods returned will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of incorrectly supplied goods.

CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT
You may cancel your contract with us at any time up to the end of the 7th working day from the date of delivery of the ordered goods. You must return the goods within 7 days of the date of delivery. To cancel your contract you need to notify us and obtain a cancelation reference number by emailing us at info@soniasdesignerboutique.co.uk
